There is no training or teaching institute for this purpose.

There are hundreads of  consultants.

There is no institute per se. But several stockbroking firms (ICICI Bank for example)hold investor camps from time to time to educate potential investors as to how to invest and trade in stocks. These are quite useful for first time investors. There are several books also which give an overview of investing and trading. A good book is "Trading for Dummies" which is generic for investors in any stock market of the world. Hope this helps.
