  1. im unsure if there is complete diffrent internet for blind people but there are softwares that will read out what is on the page.

  3. I think there are tools available for them like textaloud.com etc using which they can hear stuff online & special accessibility software.

    Internet is ONE, there could be special websites but no special Internet for blind people.
