Is there is any word starting with 'q' but not followed by letter 'u',it should not be a noun, abbreviation ?

Merriam Websters collegiate dictionary only lists three words that start with "q" and are not followed by the letter "u," and all three are nouns.  They are qintar, qiviut, and qoph.  Can't find much better than that.

Holly, qwerty is a word. It is the name of a communication board with the letters positioned like a keyboard. It is used by people using facilitated communication

One totally made-up word is 'qwerty'. As you type it, you will note that it simply spells the first 5 letters of the standard keyboard.
