I don't know of one.  I have PayPal and have been using it for a few years now with no issues.  I have a very odd password though, so I think that may help.  Sorry I can't help you more!

What security issues. Most 'security issues' you hear about are phishing emails. Sadly (since they charge such high fees) they are the mostly widely accepted internet payment and most secure method. For ebay its a must. More and more online sites are taking it directly as well.
