Is there just one Airport in Auckland?

If there is how far is Darby street away from it. I will be landing there in October and i have a month to travel around. I want to get to both Islands an ideas where to go to from Auckland first

Darby Street is in the heart of Auckland City.

When you get to Auckland Airport you can either take a bus for $15 to Auckland City which I don't recomended you taking because you don't know the area and it will stress you out.

I do recomended you taking the shuttle for $26 and that will drop you off at your exact location. Or you can get a cab and that will cost you $50 min lol.

Now for the site seeing, you need a car to really experience NZ, but the public transportation is very good down there.

When Visiting the South Island, I suggest you buy a domestic airline ticket its really cheap if you buy it 14 days advance.
