If by "we", you mean collectively know, then the answer is 'no', because it (knowledge) implies that it is known by someone.  If it is not known (yet), it is not yet knowledge.  

Maybe one could term the unknown the wisdom of the universe or something like that.

Think about the question you're asking. It implies that, if there is an answer to the question, there is knowledge that at least you don't know. Concerning the "we" part I'm not sure what you mean. Surely you are aware of the many ignorant people in the world who know very little beyond elementary education. Yet, there are many others who know much more beyond these people. Still, some, whom we call 'scholars', know much more than most others in a specific field. So, i;m not so sure there is a consensus on what "we" know; again, some know more than others. Maybe you can explain the "we" part some more. Thanks.
