If you get enough sleep, water, nutrition, a good breakfast then you should not have to use coffee or tea every morning just to get going. Everybody needs a boost every now and then and the little caffeine in Green tea each morning should be enough to help out. But if you absolutely need regular tea or coffee just to get going every day then you are definitely doing something wrong.
