The moon couldn't support life as we know it.  Aliens are supposedly any creature not of this Earth.  Are there aliens on the moon?   Probably not, but... it *would* make an excellent platform to watch the Earthlings from...

The life that we are searching for, as I think, can't b found on moon coz there's no atmosphere, no water nor any chance of it.

Aliens r described as complex extra-terrestrial lifeforms in context to astronomy. But actually, any strange or foreign thing is known as an alien.

Sort of.  But its from Earth.   In 1969 Apollo 12 landed near a Surveyor spacecraft that had landed on the moon 2 years previously in 1967.  They removed the television camera and returned it to Earth where it was discovered that STREPTOCOCCUS MITIS bacteria had survived on the camera for two years in an encapsulated state.  Back on earth it recovered quite happily.  Needless to say scientists were impressed by the survival of the bacteria.

If there are any aliens they are on their alien world doing their alien thing.    Interstellar travel is almost certainly impossible.  So they will stay on their worlds, we will stay on ours, and neither they or we will ever know of each others existence.  Only if someone starts some heavy duty radio broadcasting to the stars and other races listen, will any contact ever be made.  SETI has listened for over 50 years and hasn't heard one alien "beep".   Of course its possible that for economic reasons EVERYONE has decided to listen and no one is broadcasting.  In that case there will never be contact.

According to astronauts, the moon is dry and dusty without water sources. We do not know of living beings that can exist without water, so likely, there are no aliens on the moon.
