Is there more Fog in the Summer or In the Winter at San Francisco?

The whole officie is arguing about whether if there is more Fog in the Summer or in the Winter Here in San Francisco! anyone know?

There are much more days with fog and low clouds along the California coast during the warm season, so the answer is in the summer when compared to winter for San Francisco.  So during those hot summer days in CA, if you plan to visit San Francisco, make sure you bring at least one winter jacket.  Once that marine air moves inland, temperatures may not even get to 60 degrees while inland areas will bake with near century mark highs.
