Is there much of a difference between 90Hz and 120Hz for a TV?

I've found two TVs and the one with 90Hz is better in just about every way except for Hz, but Hz seems kind of important. Is there much of a difference between the two?

  1. I never heard of a 90 Hz TV

Normally it is either 60 Hz (60 frames/s) and 120 Hz. 120 Hz is used by LCDs only to overcome a refresh rate problem (there is no such issue with plasma to begin with).

Done RIGHT (emphasis on RIGHT), 120 Hz can remove film judder and motion noise. Done wrong, 120 Hz can introduce blurry noise and other artifacts,
