you should go to christchurch, is the 3rd biggest city in new zealand and is very important to know. in queenstown you'll do some amazing activities and you'd love it! but sincerely you have to go to christchurch

It's worth landing there just to see the wizards rantings outside the cathedral.  Other wise strange city.  Initially to settle there you had to have a letter from your local minister.   Biggest red light zone I had to cross on either island.

LOL.  I went STRAIGHT to Queenstown.  Spent every available minute on the south island and had a blast.  Don't even know what is available in Christchurch.  Queenstown is BEAUTIFUL and there was so much to do and see.  You can't go wrong staying there the whole time.
