  1. tylenol is really the only thing you should give your baby.(ask your doctor to be sure, but you give the .04 dose) . My pediatrician also said that the baby vics isnt good because it just pulls the congestion to the chest.. Which can lead to bronchitis and such.. Its best to use a vaporizer and also let the shower run in the bathroom and sit with the baby in bathroom.. It may just be allergies or it could be a cold, usually if its a cold a baby will have a fever, fevers are good because their body is fighting an infection.  Or also use saline drops in the nose and just keep trying to suction the nose out with one of those bulb things.

  2. unfortuantely there is nothing medication wise anymore. abotu 6 months ago another idiot OD her baby and it died. so they figured we are all unable to read a label.

try warm saline mist in her nose to help the congestion. a warm steamy bath can help. they have those bath time flavors now with lavender and stuff which can help. dymatapp might help with the sneezing and such but im not sure how young you can give that. read labels and go by weight not age.

cut back on the amount of dairy you give her as dairy is a mucis producer.

good luck. it sucks now that i cant give them anything to bounce them right back up froma cold.

  3. i got "little colds baby rub", which is like Vick's vaporub for babies.  you can put it on their chest, and it loosens everything up.  also, johnsons has a vapor bath which works great.  the two together are incredible!  when my son was about 6 months old he had this awful cold.  we put the baby rub on and let him take a nap.  when he got up we gave him a bit of tummy time and the snot literally poured out of his nose.  it was gross, but he could breathe!  other than that, nasal spray, and the suction bulb, there's nothing you can do for a baby cold.  a humidifier could help, but i've had so much better luck with the rub. good luck!

  4. give her some Tylenol and they have Vick's for babies that you can out on her feet. also they have things like a Vick's vapor that you can plug into her room. also add a cold air vaporizer. i have twins that was constantly sick and this is what i did to help her get over it. hopes this helps out
