Is there other ways to get gonorrhea?

i say yes because just the other week my husband and i were tested and it came back positive for gonorrhea.we were at each other throat about this matter because he claimed he never jumped the fence on me and i know i havent.the only thing that i knew i done different was use my best friend towel and drank behind her when i spent the night with her cuz my husband and i had a arguement.so my husband and i were treated for it and now my best friend says she was tested after i asked her about the towel and her test was also positive for gonorrhea so if i didnt get from my husband it had to be her towel

i say yes because just the other week my husband had burning and discharge and i had no symptoms and the only thing that i had done differnt was use my best friend towel and drank behind her and he didnt buy it.so a couple of days later my friend called me and said she was tested an she also have gonorrhea.i told my husband what she said because we were at each other throat about this matter.so you asked can you get it another way i think so.
