Is there plenty of water at the Sangam(mekadatu) near Bangalore, Now?

There is some water...but not as much as it was during the rainy seasons last year! I was there 45 days ago and it was ok! Its worth a trip and its not all that expensive either in terms of money ot timr or travelling!

If I am to suggest an alternative destination, I would recommend Shivanasamudram...which is on the same road to Mysore...to Mekadatu...just need to take a small deviation!

Its dependent on rains...This year there was lot of rain..there shud be enough water..but its fun any time you go...but make sure you trek from the river till top...
