Yes handball does have pro leagues over in Europe. Every year the top clubs compete for what is called the European handball  federation champions league.

Top club teams come from countries such as Germany, Spain, France, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Russia, and Slovenia. This is the region of Europe where the sport has a following.
