I checked google maps and all i see is a white building with red words, but wal-mart has a blue sign.

That could be an old image.  They aren't updated every year.  Try going to Wal Mart's website and use the store locator, or the phone book.

Yes, there is.  The map you looked at may be out of date, but there is a store at that address.
