Yes, there will most definitely be a Dragonball Live Action Movie. It won't be Dragonball Z just yet, because it first started with dragonball.

It'll be released on 04/03/09.

Yeah, some people aren't really feeling the cast, that the cast has ruined the movie and that characters like Krillin isn't going to be appearing in the movie, or that Goku is going to be going in a high school (supposedly just for the first scenes), but I say just try and give it chance, actors & actresses themselves have stated in interviews that they put their "heart" into their roles, and didn't want to disappoint fans, for they are fans themselves. :D

No there is no DBZ live action movie coming out. Now if you are looking for Dragonball, then there is one for that. 2009.
