People say that donuts are so bad for you, but if you eat 2 bowls of cereal in the morning, with 300 cals per bowl plus the milk, it's gonna add up to 600-700 calories.... for that same number you can eat about 2 long john donuts. yes, the donuts have more fat in them by a lot, but is there really a difference?

  1. the source of calories is more important than the calories themselves.  the effect on the body that consuming 2 bowls of cereal or donuts would be completely different than if you consumed the same amount of fish and vegetables.  there is so much more to being healthy than just calories it's the quality of those calories.
