  1. Yes and its a crime if you hide it. Especially if you have children with your partner who has it (for all orientations).

  3. recently a pro football player was charged with aggravated assault for  not disclosing his HIV+ status to six women and having unprotected s*x with them. at least two of them now have AIDS and he is going away for a long, long time. Nondisclosure is a CRIME....

  4. if you willingly withhold the information and infect somebody that is illegal

  5. I guess it might depend from where you are, but I believe there is generally something against having unprotected s*x while knowingly being infected. After all, you KNOW you will be spreading a deadly and uncurable disease!

    There have been people taken to court for it and found guilty.
