Is there really a number to redeem your prize?

I am playing the monopoly game that everyone thinks is such a scheme....(me too) But I was just wondering, is there really a number to call and redeem your prize if you do actually win. I've read the rules and they say call at toll free number on the wining stamp to redeem your prize....there isn't a number on any of the stamps! Or is it just me. And how can they tell which one is your winning stamp? Scam or what?
