Is there really a place like this in the world?

At the end of this ikea commercial there is an image of a house perched on a cliff above the sea, and I've been searching (without any results) for the real thing. Does anyone know of a place like this?

yes there is in california, but the insurance calls them &quot;high risk areas&quot; and the insurance rates are ridiculously high for places like that for fear of land slides and erosion. honostly i dont know why anyone would be dumb enough to live in a place like that. beautiful, yes but dangerous.

There are quite a few similar houses in Malibu, California ... and in the hills above Los Angeles
