If you've been in a gym class or the armed forces, you can't help idly noting that they come in all sizes and shapes when just hangin' there. Never seen one "ready for action" except my own, but the girls say you can't really tell until it's stimulated.
Given the universal tendency to shrivel up to embarrassing proportions when the body's been submerged in cold water, I wonder if the idea that "black is bigger" doesn't have something to do with white people's greater ability to adapt to cold; one of the few racial differences the army will acknowledge is that blacks are more susceptible to frostbite and other cold weather maladies!
