Is there really a tax break for hiring ethnic minorities?

I have heard both ways, but am unable to find any proof either way. I wonder if companies that "advertise" their hiring of a diverse background of employees have any hidden agenda to their practices. Maybe by making ethnic minorities more apt to apply for thier jobs working for lower wages...

  1. Yes, you can get tax breaks, for example, for hiring the disabled or veterans.

Do you really get a tax break just on the basis of the person being a minority - no.
