Is there really a zelda movie coming out?

I thought that it was an april fool's joke, but then i heard it was true. Is it?

Last i have read and seen. The one zelda is a April foods joke from ign ( i think). However i read there is a fan based movie thats been in the works. I found once in one source, if i can find it again i will post it, that they are making a Metriod movie and if it does well, they will make a Zelda movie.

nope. there was a "movie preview" made by fans, but there are no plans atm for a movie

There has been a fan movie in the works for years; nobody knows if/when that is ever going to be released.

As for the IGN Zelda movie trailer, that was an April Fool's Day joke.
