Okay, so, I kind of have big ears. It's not so much the size, but the way they stick out. I've always been really self conscious about it, so I don't really wear my hair back. I was talking to my friend about it, and she said I should get then 'pinned' back. That its a mild surgery procedure. Is there really such a thing?

  1. probably anything could be done now

  2. yah! it's true...

  3. Yeah its possible, but why ruin a unique part of your body?

  4. yes. but i don't really think the "pin" your ears back they remove a small slice of cartilage from behind your ear pulling them closer to your head  and put ya back together

  5. Yes.  A portion of the cartilage behind the ear is removed so that the ear lays closer to the skull.  No real pins are used and the scars are hidden behind the ears and covered by the hair.
