The brilliant success of Bryan's corporation, which was started against the advice, and without the support, of moneylenders, consultants and friends, just goes to show that one person's vision can prove all the expoerts in the world wrong. Anyone thinking of setting up a business, therefore, should trust their own judgement, and not be influenced by the advice of others.

  1. Logic is there, only the usage of commas and spelling of one word, need to be refined. Here is the amended paragraph:

The brilliant success of Bryan's corporation which was started against the advice, and without the support of moneylenders, consultants and friends, just goes to show that one person's vision can prove all the experts in the world wrong.Anyone thinking of setting up a business should, therefore, trust their own judgement and not be influenced by the advice of others.

Notice i also place 'should' before 'therefore' which is more universally practised.

    Hope the tips help!

  2. There is reasoning in the paragraph, but I'm not sure it's sound reasoning. It is saying that since Bryan's corporation succeeded against the advice, and without the support, of others, anyone wanting to set up a business of their own should ignore outside input. I think there's a high probability that Bryan's vision was one of those one-in-a-million brilliant concepts that the experts just "didn't get" ... a fluke that doesn't occur very often. Therefore, this advice is misleading.
