I am a pracising pediatrician. I have interest in M.T forA LONG TIME. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ATTEND CLASSROOMS.

THERE FORE IS THERE A DEPENDABLE COST EFFECTIVE ONLINE COURSE BASED IN KERALA / INDIA ? I WANT TO DO THE COURSE AND WORK FROM HOME.IF I COMPLETE THE COURSE WILL THERE BE GUARANTEED WORK OR WHERE I SHOULD START LOOKING FOR WORK?KINDLY GUIDE AND EXTEND SINCERE HELP.REGARDS

I guess you didn't get the hint when I answered this same question 3 days ago.  Post your question in a different section if you want an answer.  Your question does not deal with special education, the modified education programs for those with special needs, as in cognitive disabilities.

I think you have found yourself in the wrong educational group.  The group you have submitted your request to is 'Special Education', which implies a learning disability, handicap, or something that effects and or hinders them from learning as others do.  You should explore 'Medical Education Accreditation Programs' and their are some online.  You will have to explore what will better fit your needs.  Good Luck!

what does this have to do with special education? You are a pediatric doctor and you don't know what special education is?  special education is about children with learning or other disabilities, not special courses for adults.
