  1. Don't know if it is corrupt or not. This market had a huge run up like China on booming growth. The market is facing selling pressure esp in large cap Indian banks due to the concern of higher interest rates in India.

I'd be shorting or avoiding right now.

  2. You may want to post that question on www.fingad.com, I've had a lot of questions answered about the Indian market on that site.  I've been keeping an eye on that market for some time, and have yet to pull the trigger, not sure if I want to invest in anything new right now, but being informed is always the first plan of attack.

  3. I have been told that there is alot of inside trading and inside information going on in the indian stock market.  I have heard this from several sources and makes me wonder if I should put some of my money into these stocks.  I dont think it is a global phenomena but anything compared to our stock market right now trumps what we have got goin on!

  4. This is done all over the world , all stock market crashes are created by the Elite Group when they suddenly sell their large withholding's.  So the common man suffers.

Bail out of the stock market when you see a artificial rise.

  5. In a free market economy, there is always a minority of players, although powerful, who are gaming or rigging the system. If you see any sudden rise or drop in equity price of a particular stock which cannot be explained by fundamentals or some shifts in its business landscape, it is time to make a move.
