Is there some form of law preventing the export of completly natural (cosmetic) products from australia?

  1. I think the rules you have to contend with are from the importing country, like you have to list all the ingredients on the label, since some people are allergic to certain ingredients. The agent importing it from you would ask you for that. In addition, it's his duty to send a sample to the equivalent of that country's Health Sciences Authority to test the product for poisonous material. Other than that, I don't think they test much more, since it's listed as a cosmetic product and not a drug. They don't test for efficacy, i.e. if your product is supposed to reduce wrinkles, no-one tests to see if it really does that.
