There is always a sale at JCPenney. Everything that is on sale when you go one weekend is guaranteed to be on a different sale the next. That's the world of retail. Rarely is anything regular priced. That's why they jack up the MSP: to make the sales look good.

Right now is a great time to shop at JCP, however, because we are clearancing out our summer clothing to make room for our fall and winter merchandise (as you will find with most any other retail store right now). My store is selling baby clothes for 97 cents and other clothing for anywhere between $1.97-$6.97.

Most everything is 30%-70% off.

Yes there will be. Don't know all the items , more than likely back to school things. Also coming up is the tax holiday for school items
