  1. ya there is self goal in hockey......but the striker should be in the striking circle...

    what I mean to say is ......

         when a forward of a team is trying to hit a goal from inside the D and the ball touches the defenders stick of opponent and enters into the goal, then it is counted as a selfgoal........

        If the striker is outside the striking circle(D) then it is not a goal even if the ball touches defender's stick of opponent team and enters the goal
