Is there software i can buy to make my own ringtones?

I know about bluetooth dongles already, but those only allow file transfers right?

I want to make my own ringtones, then send them to my phone

myxertones.com isn't compatible with my phone, so that's not an option. I just need some way to somehow connect my phone and send them directly to my phone. Also, what format are ringtones in? I have a Kyocera KX5
