Is there software that will convert foreign language sites to english?

Well I'm trying to purchase some Mugen parts for my Honda but I can't read Japanese so I need something that will make my copmuter understand Japanese and translate it to english

When you have Firefox 2 yes there is a program that could do that.

some sites of Japanese have an English version button to be clicked mostly at the right side of that page. some website translator is not really of help. if you can provide the website here, i maybe able to instruct you how to do it.
