Is there software to build Cars?

Well I know there is CAD (which I own but ya). But I'm looking for something like in the Fast And The Furious, where they built the Toyota Supra. I would like to build my car like that and design my own cars. Is there anything like what I'm talking about or did they just make it for the movie? Please help

You're asking for very proprietary software that is guarded closely by their owners, being GM, Chrysler, Ford & all the rest the world over.

   The only thing available for the lay person is their own ingenuity. Then learn to adapt different ideas into the project as you build. It would be nice to take all the best from each different make & put it all in one vehicle, you'd have a great car!  I have a friend that works for a Vintage Car Restoration shop & saw much of his work of making & restoring vintage car body restoration, it takes real talent to do this type of 'Art'. He made things to very exacting replica, body work without fillers! Taking out every single little dent to original, that's got to take a lot of patience.
