Is there software to output multiple TV feeds (4) on one screen? ?

I'm trying to "pick" from live video feeds to display them on a projected screen. Is there any off-the-shelf software to do this?

Free/GNU is good but willing to pay $$$ to do this.

You need hardware to do this, especially if you want to do it in real-time.
