Is there some, unwritten law that says, thou shalt not make a good frozen pizza?

I'm serious. Nothing seems to come close to a good delivery pizza that's been frozen for a week. Is there some kind of clandestine cabal that enforces the cardboard/tomato paste standard?

  1. Is there anything frozen thats better then fresh?

I think that law holds for everything.

    Fresh is always better.

Ok so if we're comparing brands of frozen pizza's "American Flatbread Pizza" ( baked in a brick over) is rated no. 1 best tasting.

    have you tried that one?

  2. Well I know that you have given up on the idea of frozen pizza but I finally found one that tasted great and has a buttery and fluffy crust.

This pizza is from Freschetta and it is called "Pizza Amore". You can find it in Food Lion, Walmart, and most other stores in the frozen section. It really is a great pizza. Please try it.

  3. Buy a delivery pizza, then freeze it, then defrost it and heat it up - then you will have a frozen pizza that tastes as good as delivery pizza. (or maybe not)

  4. The problem is that frozen pizza is often old pizza—stale, unappetizing, and mishandled. The cost to make it taste fresh is more than most people want to pay for frozen pizza.
