Is there some driver update i need?

Whenever i play wow or call of duty online, the screen freezes in the game for about 15 seconds, then completely black for about a minute, then comes back to the game, usually with me having died and respawned, and i get this error message saying "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered". I have windows vista with an nvidia graphics card. So, what should i do to fix this? im pretty sure my nvidia driver is up to date, is there another driver that needs an upgrade? please help!

good morning  -i don,t think you are looking at a driver problem  -it sound like you running out of memory /or if you are playing on line you are playing on a slow server - vista is a heavy operating system and take a lot memory operate  itself  - and you are adding a high graphic game to it it just to much----buy more memory or turn off your startup program and take the weigh of your computer and it will play for you
