one manga.com they have lots of mangas go to the naruto section and it will have them

I haven't found one with a summary of each chapter, just general overall summaries. We call it.... Wikipedia!!

I think manga chapters are usually a bit too short to have an actual summary. I'd say it's faster to just read it.
