Is there some kind of yugioh deck tester online or to download apart form yugioh online?

is there something where you can enter all the cards in your deck and test it against others to see if it is any good apart from yugioh online

Well there is an online Yugioh game called KCVDS which is free and has most of the newest cards. It can be downloaded from http://www.kaibacorporation.com/

Since it contains almost the entire library of Yugioh cards, you can just recreate your deck there and test it out on other people!
I use it all the time.
