Question:

Is there some software that does this?

A family member of mine burned a DVD for my Mother. She couldn't get it to play in her DVD player so she sent it to me to see if I can convert it to another format. I can physically see on the DVD that something has been burned, but when I put it into my PC, it says the disk is blank. This leads me to believe that the burning software that was used did not finalize the DVD. Is there some software I can get that will finalize the DVD or at least some software that will let me extract the contents?
