Is there some sort of two way phone where my bf & i can talk & see each other on a screen?

He's leaving for the military and I wanted to buy one as a gift. Where can I find one and what is it called? It's like you can talk to each other while looking at each other like web cam style but not on the computer I think.

Yes, but its expensive about $270 per unit.  The picture is not so good and regular phone charges apply ($$$).  You should try skype or a regular web cam.
