Is there some stuff that you can buy only in NYC?

I'm leaving for NYC in a few hours for a shopping trip and I'm so excited! It'll be my 1st time in the United States. I'll be going to Soho, Chinatown, Macy's, the 5th avenue, etc.

So I wanna know what are some exclusive things (could be clothing or anything else) that I can find only in NYC (or only in the states)?

I wanna take advantage of the opportunity cause I don't travel that much =)

NYC is a melting pot so if its anywhere, it will be here as well.

If you have a hobby or like something special, look for those.

Example, the aunt of my friend likes Lighthouses so she often tries to collect Lighthouse painting, figures and towels that has Lighthouses on them from the stores when she visit.
