  1. you can talk to a teacher you trust or a school conselor or psycolgolist

you don't nessacerally need to take drugs, try talking first

  2. i think you could talk to someone at you school!

  3. **** the drugs.

Why do people run to them for help ?

You need to spend more time with your self...try poems or writeing lyrics....also talk to people who have the same problems as you do.

That's what I did and it works...**** them drugs!

  4. see if there is a school counselor. if they can't help you, they will be able to tell you where to go. Good luck!

  5. Most colleges have "counselors". I went to my college counselor, he had a ph.d, very qualified, I got 12 sessions for free, I think that's standard. There was also a school psychiatrist to prescribe meds. Check out your school's website.

  6. at every school, especially college there should be a psychologist to talk to for any reason at all. i don't believe that psychologists can prescribe drugs, that would be a psychiatrist, but i'm sure he or she could definitely help you into seeking treatment, whether it be medication or another method. check your school's website, there should be a link there somewhere about the school's psychologist, most likely located in the health office.

  7. there deffinitly should be someone on hand at your school. I know at mine there are a bunch of counselors.. or go to friends if u need advice on what to do.. even a teacher thata you trust and ask him/her if they can direct you where you should go next.

    Best of luck!
