  1. 1st of all let me applaud you on wanting to become Financialy Independent. Becoming Financially Independent/Wealthy takes a lot of discipline and dedication in 1st learning how to manage money. Learn to live within your means and not continue to create debt. It's not about how much money you make, it's about how much you get to keep. Once you've managed to pay off your debt, you can then start to pay yourself as you've paid the creditors all your life. It's all about reprogramming the way you think about money. You also may want to look at changing your associations during this process. Meaning, you want to hang around people who are wealthy and successful already. A mentor told me once, if your hanging out with 6 broke people, your on your way to being number 7...

  2. Yes, just start a company claiming to teach people how to become financially wealthy!

But seriously, there is a sucker born every minute, and most people will be more interested in taking your money than helping you make yours. Forget the stock market, forget real estate speculation. Work hard and if you don't already have one, get an education. There is no substitute!!!  God bless.  PS: That being said, once you have some money, it's hard to go wrong buying properties you can afford to hold for the long run, that you can manage yourself and do the repairs and work to yourself.
