I had purchased some items from an online store in July. I waited over a week and checked my account and they have not shipped out my order. So I called them and they said that they have no shipment. So it's been a month and in the past week I have been trying to call the company to cancel my order. There's no way to do it online. But the phone rings and goes to a message center. I left a message, but I tried emailing them and no response. I tried again today and the voicemail on both phone numbers for the company is full. But 2 weeks ago they charged my account but if I check on their website it shows that my account is still on hold and they have not shipped anything out to me. I used my debit card as a credit transaction and I called to bank and the lady told me that there was nothing they could do. They can't refund debit transactions. I'm like that's b.s. I used the transaction like I would a credit card. What difference does it make how I used it. They charged me and I can't get hold of them. What can I do?
