Is there something I could put around my desk to keep the fleas in?

I don't have the time OR money to use a flea bomb or to clean it up. Is there an item I can use, such as a blanket or sheet, to keep the fleas from coming out from my desk?

My desk if about two or three inches from above the ground, by the way...

Get a fly net then attach it to the desk with string, make sure it is tight or else THE FLIES CAN COME OUT!!!!! The flies will then stay in the desk until you get the fly spray!!

Get a white towel, put a pot of water with a candle in it, of course the candle holder should be tall enough to stick out above the water, the fleas will be attracted to the white towel and the candle. When they jump toward the candle they burn and land in the water. Even if they don't hit the flame they will still land in the water. This should help a lot.

keep away from the desk until you have killed them, they bite!

get a couple of dogs to put under the desk! that will keep the fleas in.
