  2. I bought an Easy Expressions Halter Hands-Free Pumping Bra.  I absolutely love it.  Wearing it as I type as a matter of fact.  It's awesome.  I don't know if it's me or my pump or what, but I pump for 45 minutes at a time and holding those things there was NOT going to happen.  Here's a website I found it on for $19.    http://www.breastchester.com/eehalter.ht...

I am so glad that I bought this.  It's great!  (I did buy it a size smaller than was suggested b/c I figured it would stretch out w/use.  Glad I did.  It holds everything in place especially if you have to move around a little bit.)  Good Luck!

  3. Well, you can buy an espensive hands free pumping bra, or you can do what I did.  :-)

Either buy or use an old cheap sports bra, put it on, use a marker to put two dots over where your nipples are, then take it off and poke holes in it.  This is really helpful if the sports bra is somewhat tight. It should be with milk boobies, right.  :-D

So anyway, all you do now is put it back on, slip the breastshields underneath, poke the skinny end that attaches to the rest of the pumping gear through the holes, and attach it all and voila!  Cheap hands free nursing bra!

    :-D
