Is there something i can put on the back of my chair that makes my back feel cool?

after a while of sitting in my chair, my back gets really hot and so does the chair and it feel uncomfortable. is there some kind of thing i can buy that i can put over it to keep it cold?

I have to sit on a vinyl chair all day at work.  I bought one of those mesh auto seat cushions designed to keep you elevated off the surface so air circulates between you and the chair.  Works like a charm, even though I look like a trucker...

I got mine from Amazon.com.  But I'm sure you could get one at Wal-Mart in the auto care section.  They're cheap--about $10-12.
