Is there something we can do before we get married?

I have rotten credit. Is there something we can do so that my rotten credit wont affect my future wifes credit so that we will still be able to get credit on her credit? We are getting married next month so I was wondering if anything can be done about this.

I believe if you just get the credit in her name and not both then you'll be alright.

Despite what alot of people think, marriage has no effect on your credit. The only time it would be an issue is if you apply for things jointly, since both credit scores would then be figured.
