  1. You are describing typical anxiety symptoms. There are many ways to deal with this type of anxiety.  I strongly recommend behavioral therapy which will help you change the way that you think and in turn change the way that your body responds to stress and anxiety. Changing the way that you think and react is a permanent solution to the problem. There are many books that can help guide you with this but I suggest that you go see a therapist who can help you work through these issues.  There are medications that can help control the symptoms of anxiety but these can be habit forming and will only mask the problem and not deal with the cause. Talk to your doctor about seeing a therapist. Your school nurse/guidance counselor may also be able to help you find someone as well. Good luck.

  2. Sounds like a big case of natural nervousness to me. Just do a reality check and you'll realize that everyone's concerned about how they look and act, and yet no one really cares if you make a few mistakes. I wouldn't try medication...doesn't solve the underlying problem, just covers it up, you know? You could try visiting a counselor and talking about it if you like, but really its all just part of growing up.

  3. i don't think anything is wrong with you.i don't like being by myself either and i feel like people are watching me too if i'm by myself lol

  4. That's being paranoid and self-conscious. I used to be like that ALL the time. And I still am, but not as much. Because I realized I'm causing myself stress for no reason. Trust me, not everyone thinks the same way you do. Not everyone is concentrated on you and your actions. It's normal to feel this way once in a while because it is understandable in certain situations. But don't let it get in the way of your daily living or having fun because that just ruins it and stresses you out. This is why I've become such a nervous wreck. Just relax. Everything will be fine. Keep telling yourself that and you'll come to realize that it doesn't have to be like this.

  5. They are all signs of an anxiety disorder which can also lead to OCD which you seem to be showing signs of.  Everyone has some sort of anxiety in life and yours seems to be heightened as you are scared of social situations.  You should not have to live like that and there is help out there, it is not normal but incredibly common so you dont need to worry you are not the only one.  See a doctor they can recommened the best treatment for you, whether it be medication or seeing a psycologist.  But be confident it is treatable.  Go and get help so you can start enjoying life instead of just existing.

  6. You should discuss this further with your doctor.

It sounds like you are showing symptoms of an Anxiety Disorder.

That being said those symptoms are also common to alot of other mental health disorders. There are a range of treatments for anxiety including talking to a therapist or phsychologist. In extreme cases or more complex disorders there are prescription medicines and treatment plans. Whatever it is you are experiencing is treatable, so pop to your doctor for a chat as soon as you can.

Good Luck & I hope you feel better soon.
